Our MOQ varies depending on the specific fabric type. For regular running items like Holland velvet, sanded velvet, and linen, the standard MOQ is typically 800 to 1,000 meters per color. For customized specifications or complex bonded fabrics (such as Bawang velvet with black silk base fabric), please contact our sales team to discuss feasible dynamic minimums based on production schedules.
Yes, premium customization and technical bonding are our core strengths. We support weight adjustments (GSM), width variations (standard 142cm or wider), custom printing, and multi-layer structural lamination (such as face fabric bonded with fleece or yachun yarn). We can also source and develop specific natural or synthetic blends according to your physical samples or tech packs.
Absolutely. We provide free quality swatches (A4 size or small color hangers) for your inspection. Buyers only need to cover the international courier/express cost. For larger sample yards required for proto-typing, a reasonable sample fee will be charged, which can be fully credited or deducted when you place the subsequent bulk production order.
We primarily operate under FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF terms depending on your logistics preferences. Our standard payment terms are T/T (30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance against the presentation of the Bill of Lading copy) or an irrevocable L/C at sight.
